Return and Refund Policy
At Royale Flush , we strive to provide our customers with products of the highest quality. Should you still not be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can take advantage of our return policy within 14 days of receiving your order.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the products. To exercise this right of withdrawal, you must notify us via email within 14 days of receiving your order. After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Return conditions:
- The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
- Products that cannot be sold hygienically or safely after opening or use are excluded from return.
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.
Return Procedure:
- Contact us within 14 days of receipt at return@royaleflush.nl Please include your order number and indicate that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
- Upon confirmation from us, you will receive return instructions.
- Return the product carefully packaged, including a copy of the invoice or packing slip.
- Once we receive the product in good condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Reimbursement:
Once we have received and verified the returned products, we will refund the full purchase price (including original shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless there is an error on our part.
Exceptions:
Products that have been opened, used or damaged, and products with broken seals cannot be returned due to hygiene and perishability reasons. This applies specifically to our grow kits once they have been removed from their sealed packaging.
